schedule a session

Are you tired of feeling misunderstood?

HSPs often feel misunderstood by other people, even other therapists. At Therapy for Highly Sensitive People, we see you for who you are and can help you embrace the gifts within your sensitivity. Beginning that journey starts with a single action - scheduling your first session.

Send a message through the form below with any questions you may have or to schedule your first session at Therapy for Highly Sensitive People.

Daytime & evening appointments available.

Therapy for Highly Sensitive People is a virtual therapy practice providing teletherapy services to clients in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Sonoma County and throughout California. Please reach out through the form below to inquire about scheduling a session or with any questions you may have.

We believe everyone has a right to therapy and are sensitive to clients who may struggle with limited financial resources. To help make therapy more accessible, we offer a “pay what you can” reduced fee option for clients who may not have the means to pay our full fee. If you would like information about our reduced fee option, please mention that when you submit your form.

Please note that some therapists may have full or close-to-full caseloads. While we will do our best to schedule you with the therapist of your choice, if you select a therapist who is full you will be given the option to schedule a session with a therapist who has immediate availability or join the waitlist for your preferred therapist.
